My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return request. It may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
