At PetHaven, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including opened pet grooming products, pet accessories that have been used, or other products marked as non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
- Used pet hygiene and grooming products
