Thank you for shopping at PetHaven! We are dedicated to delivering quality pet products to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can occur when products are shipped from different fulfillment centers or suppliers.

If you receive part of your order first, the remaining items are likely still in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, PetHaven cannot guarantee replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PetHaven is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at pethaven43@gmail.com and we will assist in investigating the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
